Dr. Horrible -- Brand New Day -- Guitar Chords/Tabs

To finish off Act II here is "Brand New Day" from Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog. Not the best I've done in the series, would probably sound better if I played guitar. Everything is mostly in fifths and not full chords I don't know if that equates to power chords or not. The slow section talking about Penny needs some more attention as well.

Fm Db Fm
This appeared as a moral dilemma, 'cause at first
                   Db Bbm
it was weird how I swore to eliminate the worst
                   Db Bbm
of the plague that devoured humanity. It's true
                   Eb Db
I was vague on the how, so how can it be that you
                  Ab
have shown me the light?

Yes

The last two songs will be tabbed either tonight or tomorrow, real life has been interfering

Awesome job, thank you for

Awesome job, thank you for doing this!

All the crimes, the complete

All the crimes, the complete list, and honestly, I'll live.

I think that line goes like this:

All the crimes incomplete, listen, honestly, I'll live

I like that

I'll make the change accordingly

listen honestly I'll live

just one word too many still...

I'm rather sure that it's "listen, honestly, I'll live.

Brilliant job! This is such a nice source to have!

Last Chorus

Lovely work here, you have made my night! In playing with this one, I found some different chords that I liked better for the final chorus, definitely ends on Db (or more commonly called C#)

Fm
It's a brand new day.
Fm/E
Yeah, the sun is high.
C#
All the angels sing,
Ab Eb
because you're gonna die!

Fm Bbm
Go ahead and laugh! Yeah, I'm a funny guy.
Fm Bbm Fm Bbm
Tell every one goodbye!
C#
It's a brand new day.

You might also want to try

You might also want to try replacing Fm/E with C/E. It makes a much richer sound, especially if your a solo accompanist.

Correction?

I've played it on the guitar a few times now. I think the last line of the bridge is a Bbm where you've got it an F. ("when I hand her the keys...")

Probably just a typo, though I could be, and often am, wrong. Thanks for taking the time to tab this out.
